A Pickerington man was charged today with aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault for a crash that killed a Canal Winchester woman on June 5, 2014. A Fairfield County grand jury issued the indictments against Ramon J. Patts, 20. He faces a maximum of 4 1/2 years in prison if he is convicted on both charges.
