ATTLEBORO, Mass. — Authorities say a 13-year-old boy is hospitalized after being burned when he threw something at power lines above the commuter rail tracks in Attleboro.Attleboro Fire Capt. Gerald Brogan said Friday the boy was burned on his leg when a metal object he threw hit the high voltage wires and created a power arc.
