UTICA, Ohio — The North Fork Board of Education voted unanimously tonight against placing Utica High School’s principal on paid administrative leave for the remaining two years of his contract, a move that many in the vocal crowd of about 75 equated to a paid vacation. The majority of the residents who spoke wanted Principal Mark Bowman gone.
