FROM STAFF REPORTSA former Rogers County commissioner accused of using county property for his personal use was arrested Friday, authorities said. Kirt Lannon Thacker, 45, of Inola, reportedly directed a county employee to deliver a bulldozer, track hoe and portable fuel tank to his property and used the equipment to build a stock pond and make other improvements to his farm in June and July of 2011, a news release from Attorney General Scott Pruitt states. Thacker also is accused of directing the reconstruction of a portion of a private driveway leading into the Rogers County Cherokee Association headquarters, which is a private property, in May 2012.Read more on NewsOK.com
