By Tim Willert, Staff WriterMOORE — Moore Public Schools will rebuild portions of tornado-damaged Southgate-Rippetoe Elementary, with students expected to return by the start of the coming school year, The Oklahoman has learned. The school at 500 N Norman had major damage to the roof and several classrooms on the west and south sides, prompting Superintendent Robert Romines to question whether the entire structure could be saved.
