Six relatives of Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev have been moved from a Revere hotel to a location outside the city in a likely attempt to escape the limelight, according to the Revere police chief.“It’s kind of obvious. They wanted to find someplace to avoid the media scrutiny, I would imagine,” Chief Joseph Cafarelli said.Cafarelli said there was no explanation given — just word that Tsarnaev’s kin were no longer staying at the Hampton Inn on Route 1A.
