NASA leader to speak at WVSU graduation

Staff reports The head of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration will speak at West Virginia State University's May 16 graduation ceremony. Charles F. Bolden Jr., a retired U.S. Marines major general who became NASA's 12th administrator in 2009, will give the keynote speech to the over 260 students being honored at the commencement, which begins 10 a.m.
