Two Republicans who have never held political office joined the crowded field vying for the party's presidential nominee Monday. Oddsmakers consider them extraordinary longshots. Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, who was born in Austin, declared her candidacy Monday morning. Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) crushed Fiorina in her own previous run for political office in 2010.
