The former chief of Mytonâs volunteer fire department and his wife have resolved criminal cases accusing them of using town money to buy nearly $2,000 in fuel for their private vehicles. Aaron Dwane Davis, 30, was charged in 8th District Court in Duchesne with one third-degree felony count of misuse of public money.
