Amarillo firefighters extinguished a blaze Wednesday night at a duplex. At 10:28 p.m., firefighters responded to 4217 S. Harrison St. A 16-year-old girl and another woman were inside the duplex and escaped unharmed, firefighters said. The cause of the fire is unknown and there were no injuries reported. Firefighters were working to assess the damage Wednesday night.
