By Paul Monies, Business WriterOklahoma Gas and Electric Co. is asking its ratepayers to take on too much of the risk in its $1 billion environmental compliance and replacement generation plan, attorneys for several parties said in closing arguments Wednesday at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Administrative Law Judge Ben Jackson and the three-person Corporation Commission listened Wednesday to almost four hours of closing arguments in the case, which included 18 days of testimony in March and April.
