Attorney General goes to bat for Seattle’s $15-an-hour minimum wage law

The state Attorney General’s office has filed a court brief defending Seattle’s $15-an-hour minimum wage ordinance against a suit brought by the International Franchise Association. Attorney General Bob Ferguson:  He’s defending Seattle’s $15-an-hour minimum wage ordinance. With legal representation from ex-U.S. Solicitor General Paul Clement — who defended the Defense of Marriage Act before the U.S.
