AKRON, Ohio (AP) — A jury has been chosen in the new trial for a man who was found guilty of gunning down four people at a northeast Ohio townhome and then had his convictions vacated. Haywood's convictions were vacated last fall after he raised concerns about possible misconduct by prosecutors and false testimony from two witnesses.
