Powdered alcohol would be banned but North Market customers could start enjoying a beer or wine with their meals under separate bills that passed the Ohio House on Wednesday. Known as “sip and stroll,” House Bill 37 is tailored to impact the North Market, where customers currently can buy alcohol at The Barrel and Bottle, but are not allowed to open it while relaxing inside or eating a meal from one of the roughly 30 merchants.
