The Rochester Hills City Council will be discussing a possible water and sewer rate increase at its Monday, June 1 meeting. Typical residential customers are expected to see a nearly five-percent increase in their bi-monthly bills, according to director of finance Keith Sawdon. The average resident who currently pays an estimated $127 will see a possible $6 increase.
