A Baytown man accused in the kidnapping and deaths of two teens has been cleared of any wrongdoing in that case, his attorney said Friday. Richard Gonzalez, 21, was arrested in March on charges of capital murder, accused in the deaths of Jarvis Morgan, 17, and Alejandro Chavez, 18. A Chambers County grand jury declined to indict Gonzalez on Thursday, said attorney Emily Detoto.
