Experts Recommend Standing For Two To Four Hours During Workday

By Kathryn Doyle (Reuters Health) - People who work desk-based jobs should aim to stand and do light activity for a total of four hours throughout the day, according to an international panel of experts. People should first work toward standing or doing light activity - like walking - for two hours per day, the panel said.
