Staff reports Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., will be among motorcyclists taking part in the inaugural Flag Day Ride for Fallen Service Heroes on June 14.The round-trip ride begins and ends in Charleston with a lunch stop in the Fayetteville area, followed by a public picnic at the West Virginia National Guard Armory on Coonskin Drive in Charleston.The ride is sponsored by Capitol City Chapter 5439 of the Harley Owners Group.
