Bill Kramer, of Naples High School, and Jeff Sommer, the late longtime Estero High School coach, were named Wednesday to the 40th class of the Florida Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame. It was the first time the recognition was earned by a coach from Estero and just the second time it was earned by a coach from Collier County.
