Sheriff's deputies, the Texas Rangers and the Texas City Police Department began an investigation that led to the identification of Kenneth Lee Williams, 33, and Alexandria Renee Barnes, 22. Williams has been charged with murder, while Barnes is accused of hindering apprehension of prosecution, sheriff's officials said Wednesday.
