British house price growth is at a two-year low

British property price growth is now at a 2-year low. Nationwide revealed in its latest House Price Index that property prices in June fell by 0.2% from the previous month to reach £195,055 ($304,315). In June 2014, house prices stood at £188,903 ($294,751). This means annual house price growth moderated to 3.3% in June, from 4.6% in May.
