David Mark Temple, the high school football coach convicted in 2007 of killing his wife, should get a new trial, a judge has ruled. Gotro and attorney Stanley Schneider spent weeks questioning prosecutors, investigators and witnesses about what they called "lies, misdirection and cover-ups" in the hotly contested trial between Siegler, a venerated former Harris County prosecutor and legendary defense attorney Dick DeGuerin.
