MEDIA COURTHOUSE >> A 19-year-old Chester man was convicted of second-degree murder Thursday for the Sept. 17 shooting death of 49-year-old Robert Dewees inside a home on the 1110 block of Hancock Street in Chester's Sun Village.Javier Rodriguez was also convicted on one count of firearms not be carried without a license, but was acquitted on a charge of first-degree murder.
