NEW YORK (AP) — Queens prosecutors say authorities have arrested eight gang members on charges they sold guns and drugs to undercover investigators over two years. Officials say Tuesday seven of the defendants belong to the Trinitarios street gang and another is a member of the MS-13 crew. District Attorney Richard Brown says the charges include weapons possession as well as criminal sale of firearms and controlled substances. He says the defendants sold 14 weapons to undercover operatives, such as a defaced, cut-down rifle; a defaced .357 magnum revolver; and a semi-automatic pistol.
