That appears to be the new normal for a district that had 23,600 students at the end of last year. Following the progress closely is school board President Kathleen Duncan. "Thanks to the dedicated support of Edmond citizens in passing Edmond Public School bond elections, the district has been able to move forward with needed construction projects," Duncan said.
