Republican presidential candidate and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee brought a conservative brand of populism to Sun City Wednesday, saying he would work to get corruption out of the federal government and politics, and give future generations “an America they can be proud of.” “There’s an enormous level of corruption that exists in Washington, D.C., and it has been that the donor class has funded a political class at the expense of the working class,” Huckabee said during a nearly hour-long speech in Magnolia Hall.
