Civic Center Foundation narrows search

By William Crum Staff Writerwcrum@Oklahoman.comA committee organized by the Civic Center Foundation to choose a partner for presenting its Broadway series plans to make a final selection before the end of September. The two finalists selected by the committee are the Nederlander Organization, of New York City, and Broadway Across America, based in Louisville, Ky. Teresa Rose-Crook, the foundation's interim director, said the Civic Center's 14,000 Broadway series subscribers will be assured a "seamless transition" through the 2015-16 season. "They are going to be taken care of," she said. The current "Best of Broadway" series has a three-show, mid-week run of "The Illusionists" coming up Sept.Read more on NewsOK.com
