Comment on Tarmac Limited invents roads that drink water

A British company has debuted road-worthy thirsty pavement that drains waterlogged roadways. For Houston, that harkens back to May, when one night of spring storms dumped 162 billion gallons on the city, inflicting $45 million in estimated damages, largely because of water pooled at low points on roads.
