BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — A worn-looking collection of grain silos left over from Buffalo's heyday as a shipping hub are being re-awakened as places to eat, drink and play for a public eager to touch the city's past. Rick Smith's "Silo City" elevators and grounds have been the setting for theater productions, outdoor concerts, foot races, literary readings and art installations.
