The first two movies were pretty successful, and I remember hearing the third movie in the series was supposed to be released back in 2011. So my question is, what happened? They clearly made money for Disney, Nicholas Cage would obviously have no problem reprising his role as Ben Gates so I just don't understand how the third was never made.
