Comment on Cathal Armstrong eyeing two, maybe three venues at The Wharf

Chef Cathal Armstrong, whose culinary empire has to date been focused on Northern Virginia, is bullish on The Wharf in Southwest D.C., with at least two and perhaps three spots in the works there. The chef already outlined plans to open an Asian restaurant at the massive mixed-use development on the Southwest waterfront.
