WARSAW, Poland (AP) — The leader of Poland's conservative opposition Law and Justice party said Tuesday there will be no leniency for fugitive filmmaker Roman Polanski if his party wins the Oct. 25 general elections. "There was open talk that he should not be made responsible for his deeds because he is an outstanding, world-famous filmmaker," Kaczynski said. If he allows the extradition, the final decision will lie with the justice minister.
