NEW YORK (AP) — New York City police say a postal worker has been arrested on hate crime charges after he allegedly bumped into and then spit on a Muslim woman in Brooklyn before threatening to "burn down" her place of worship. Thirty-four-year-old Dainton Coley was arrested Tuesday on aggravated harassment, menacing as a hate crime and child endangerment charges.
