In a ruling released Friday, the Oregon Supreme Court upheld the death sentence of 46-year-old Randy Lee Guzek. He participated in the killings of Rod and Lois Houser in their Terrebonne home in 1987. He was convicted of aggravated murder and given the death penalty a year later.
