All southbound lanes of Highway 101 in San Francisco were shut down Tuesday morning near Silver Avenue after a dump truck tipped over, scattering debris across the road, officials said. The truck crashed about 8:50 a.m., sending wood and drywall across all lanes, California Highway Patrol officials said. Traffic was being diverted around the wreck onto southbound Interstate 280, while the CHP issued a Sig Alert.
