Comment on Need Advice: How to be a GREAT Manager?

At heart, and ultimately, I'm an entrepreneur; but currently, I'm a Digital Marketing Manager for a small marketing startup in Denver, CO. I just recently got a minor promotion and got my first employee under my belt. She's a social media specialist, straight out of college, and moved to Denver from Detroit.
