Juneau police are waiting for autopsy results to determine the cause of death of newly elected mayor Stephen "Greg" Fisk but say he did not die of a gunshot wound. Police spokeswoman Erann Kalwara also says there was nothing at the scene to indicate drugs were involved or that the mayor killed himself. Ian Fisk says in an email statement that his family appreciates the support expressed by the community but has no reason to speculate as to the cause of his father's death Juneau police aren't releasing many details about the death of the mayor of Alaska's capital city, but a spokeswoman says the newly elected official had suffered injuries. Juneau police spokeswoman Erann Kalwara told The Associated Press on Tuesday that she couldn't comment on the nature of the injuries Fisk suffered. Police say in a statement that 70-year-old Stephen "Greg" Fisk's adult son discovered his father's body inside his Juneau home.
