Nebraska Recovering From 2012-13 Drought, Report Says

The report released Friday says that from spring 2014 to spring 2015, groundwater levels began to rise after significant declines during the drought. Experts credit the increases to higher-than-normal precipitation for much of the state and better water-use practices. Many parts of the state remain below 2012 levels.
