WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama says the United States is working with Italy to push back against efforts by the Islamic State group to gain a foothold in Libya. Obama says the two leaders also spent a lot of time discussing the global refugee crisis, which Obama describes as a global problem, not just a European problem.
