A Katy couple is accused of keeping a servant a virtual slave inside their Cinco Ranch-area home, forcing her to work without pay, sleep on the floor and refusing her warm water to bath. Chudy Nsobundu, 56, and his wife, Sandra Nsobundu, 50, were arrested Monday and have been charged in federal court following an investigation into allegations of forced labor, visa fraud, harboring illegal aliens and withholding documents.
