Only 3 Presidential Candidates Decided to Lay Out a Plan to Fight HIV/AIDS

Over 1.2 million Americans are living with HIV, with around 50,000 new infections every year. But it looks like just three 2016 presidential candidates want to fight the AIDS epidemic.  Gay Men's Health Crisis, one of the earliest organizations to fight the AIDS epidemic, sent out a questionnaire to 18 presidential candidates — three Democrats, 14 Republicans and 1 Green — but only three candidates responded: former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Maryland Gov.
