A water-main break Wednesday afternoon affected a dozen service lines in an eastern Colorado Springs neighborhood, according to Colorado Springs Utilities.It is unknown when the problem will be fixed. It was reported just after noon on South Murray Boulevard between Byron Drive and Eastcrest Circle, said Utilities spokeswoman Natalie Eckhart.
