JT's Diner namesake Teena Lallo made good on her promise to not change her ways in a different setting.On Feb. 11, the restaurant she owns with her husband, Jason, opened for business at its new location in north Willoughby. Lallo was her usual, wisecracking self as she took breakfast orders from customers and answered telephone calls from area residents wondering if the popular eatery had moved into its new digs at 38740 Lake Shore Blvd.
