A 29-year-old Winthrop man was found hiding under the bed in a Dorchester relative’s home after cops say he drove at an estimated 60 mph for several hundred yards with officers on his tail and a 65-year-old man holding on to the hood of his car, pleading for his life.“The court finds no conditions of release which will reasonably assure safety of the victims or the community,” Judge David Frank said yesterday in revoking the bail of Tyson Delgado on a previous charge in Chelsea.
