BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota's congressional delegation says the state is getting more than $1 million in federal money to upgrade railroad crossings around the state. The delegation says the money comes from the U.S. Department of Transportation and will improve rail safety in the state. The funding will be used to upgrade grade crossings with active warning signals at in Ross, Grand Forks, Larimore, Ramsey County and Devils Lake. ."
