Voice of the Consumer: IRS impersonation scam gets even more personal

I've been warning you about the IRS phone impersonation scam since 2014, but crooks have amped it up in an alarming way.Last week, Jim Davis of Colorado Springs got a phone message, supposedly from an IRS agent, saying he owed back taxes and needed to pay immediately or be arrested.
