A Melvindale man reported missing Wednesday has been found safe.Glen Richard Howey, 32, who suffers from severe diabetes, had been last seen walking from his father's house at 5 p.m. Tuesday in Melvindale to his own home on Council Street in Lincoln Park.Howey's diabetes often causes him to black out and not remember who he is or what he is doing, police said.
