EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Former House Minority Leader Robert Watson was arrested Wednesday at his home on a warrant from the North Kingstown Police Department.The warrant stems from an incident Monday when Watson visited a Citizens Bank on Frenchtown Road in North Kingstown, and got into an argument with the branch manager, North Kingstown Police Capt.
