Mill Valley’s design destinations

Mill Valley is generating some buzz among savvy shoppers who have discovered Locust Avenue. Nadine Storyk Curtis, owner of 7 On Locust, took a chance on the storefront-lined street because she saw it as a promising thoroughfare between the popular “flats” neighborhood of Sycamore Park and Miller Avenue. Nadine Storyk Curtis’ lifestyle shop features a lovingly curated mix of chic home design goods (think faux taxidermy in bright neon colors made by South African street artists and unique dream-catchers fashioned by local artist Marion McKee); high-end clothing (Love Binetti dresses, Etienne Marcel denim and Road Twenty-Two tees); and statement jewelry pieces (from Stitch & Ball’s equestrian-inspired pieces to Phoenix Two Moons leather-and-crystal bracelets).
