Central Hudson is reporting two large power outages in Orange County Tuesday morning.There are 529 customers in Cornwall and 174 customers in Hamptonburgh without power. The Cornwall outage should be repaired by 10:30 a.m. and the one in Hamptonburgh by 10 a.m., the utility estimated.There was no immediate word on the cause of either outage.Two smaller outages also were reported.
